Agreement to Terms
When you hire us for deck building services, you agree to follow these terms. We provide deck design, installation, repair, and maintenance services in Kendall, FL and surrounding areas. These terms apply to all services we offer.
Services We Provide
We offer professional deck building services including custom design, installation, repair, and maintenance. The specific services you receive will be outlined in your project contract or quote.
All work is performed by licensed and insured professionals. We follow local building codes and obtain necessary permits for your project.
Quotes and Pricing
We provide free quotes for all projects. Our quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Final pricing may vary if project scope changes or unexpected conditions are discovered during work.
Payment terms will be outlined in your contract. We typically require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion.
Project Timeline
We provide estimated timelines for all projects. While we work hard to meet these timelines, delays can happen due to weather, material availability, or unexpected site conditions.
We will keep you informed of any delays and work to complete your project as quickly as possible without compromising quality.
Changes to Your Project
If you want to make changes after work begins, let us know right away. We will provide a revised quote for any additional work or changes to the original plan.
Changes may affect your project timeline and final cost. All changes must be approved in writing before we proceed.
Warranties
We stand behind our work. We provide warranties on workmanship as outlined in your contract. Materials are covered by manufacturer warranties.
To maintain your warranty, you must follow recommended maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, damage from weather events, or improper maintenance may void warranty coverage.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure pets are secured during our work hours. You are responsible for any damage to underground utilities not properly marked.
Please keep the work area clear of personal items. We are not responsible for damage to items left in the work area.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if materials have been ordered or work has begun.
Deposits are non-refundable if materials have been ordered specifically for your project.
Liability
We carry full liability insurance for all work performed. We are not responsible for damage caused by acts of nature, existing structural issues not disclosed, or problems with underground utilities not properly marked.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided as outlined in your contract.
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about our work, please contact us right away. We will work with you to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
